After sales support is available via email, phone, online chat and Team viewer during our working time.

Free support: You get one year free support on design and features as per your package. Support refers answering technical knowhow kind queries related to working of your admin panel. It does not cover request for features enhancement and/or design improvement.

 Paid support: All requests for features enhancement and/or design improvement or other services confirmed by our team will attract charges.

No Refund Policy

 Since web site development and web based services are purely based on man hours of technical people working, which donot allow us to entertain any refund policy after realisation of the payment. Without any exception we have a No Refund policy.
